Bring more peace and connection into your home
I offer high-quality virtual child and adolescent therapy in Georgia, Maryland, Washington DC, Texas, and Virginia
That’s completely normal. I move at your child’s pace and focus on building comfort and trust first.
You don’t need to say anything complicated. Keeping it simple and positive works best:
• “You’re going to talk to someone whose job is to help kids with feelings.”
• “It’s a safe space where you can talk, play, or ask questions.”
• “You don’t have to share anything you’re not ready to share.”
• “I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.”
Additional Helpful Reminders:
• Avoid saying your child is “in trouble” or needs to be “fixed”
• Let them know therapy is a place to feel understood—not judged
• It’s okay if they feel unsure at first—that’s completely normal
• I’ll create a personalized plan based on your child’s needs and your goals
• We’ll schedule your child’s first individual session
• I’ll share recommendations (if helpful) for home, school, or routines
• We’ll set a consistent schedule to build comfort and progress
• You’ll have ongoing opportunities to check in and ask questions
-Yes, absolutely.
-As long as you are physically located in one of the 40+ participating PSYPACT states during our appointment times, you can be a consistent, regular client in my practice.
-You do not need to reside in or travel to my home state to receive ongoing, long-term care.
The first step is to schedule an appointment here.
You can also book a free telephone consultation. From there, we’ll explore your goals, ensure we’re a good fit, and create a plan for moving forward.
